Analyst Chapter Lead

About the role

As a senior member of the Enterprise Security Governance, Risk and Compliance team, the Analyst Chapter Lead provides deep expertise in information security risk management. The role supports the globally‑managed Information Security Risk Theme, helping to shape how security risk is governed across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop chapter members, building skills in governance, risk and compliance.
• Drive productivity and wellbeing while fostering a professional culture.
• Create psychological safety for every chapter member.
• Provide expert guidance on setting and challenging risk appetite, including Group Risk Appetite Statements.
• Advise on risk identification and assessment specific to the Information Security Risk Theme.
• Offer SME guidance on emerging global security risks.
• Interpret and implement Information Security Risk Theme requirements across divisions.
• Define and analyse risk‑scenario impacts, stress‑testing business processes and controls.
• Mentor and coach junior staff on enterprise security risk management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in information security risk management.
• Ability to solve complex problems and exercise strong evaluative judgement.
• Experience building relationships across geographies and risk partners.
• Capability to provide detailed oversight of global security risks, controls and indicators using data analysis.
