About the role
We are looking for an Administrator to provide essential support to our Perth Transport Team while covering maternity leave for an initial six‑month period. The role will assist a highly skilled team delivering civil infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for bids and project documentation.
- Organise and manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date team information across internal systems.
- Prepare, review and format documents such as presentations, emails, reports and agendas.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of IT literacy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
