Account Manager – Mid Market Sales

About the role

Google is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth for mid‑market advertisers across Australia. You will combine a passion for sales with deep knowledge of online media to help customers achieve ambitious marketing goals using Google’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic meetings with key stakeholders to uncover marketing objectives and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Deliver exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data‑driven solutions that maximize customer value through Google Ads and related products.
• Analyze campaign performance data, ensure accurate tracking, and provide measurable results aligned with client goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities, cultivate pipeline growth, and collaborate with internal sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience in a complex matrixed organization, and 1 year managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
