About the role
EatClub is scaling rapidly in Melbourne and needs a proactive Account Manager to act as the "mayor" of a portfolio of restaurant partners. You will own relationships, use data to guide decisions, and help venues increase foot traffic and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across the territory.
- Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights.
- Identify risks early and proactively reduce churn through consultative conversations.
- Lead onboarding, activation, and optimisation for new partners.
- Spot and deliver growth opportunities, including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
- Balance field visits with desk‑based planning and analysis.
- Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve account‑management processes and reporting.
Required profile
- Experience in account management or client success, preferably with hospitality or restaurant partners.
- Strong commercial judgment and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.
- Proactive, consultative approach to reducing churn and driving growth.
