Travel Advisor – Remote (Luxury Travel)

About the role

Travel Associates, Australia’s leading luxury travel agency, is expanding its remote team. We are looking for experienced Travel Advisors to design, book and manage bespoke luxury itineraries for high‑net‑worth clients, working from any location that inspires you.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design and book end‑to‑end luxury travel itineraries.
• Manage all trip details, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
• Maintain and grow a personal client database through repeat and referral business.
• Meet clients in premium business locations at mutually agreed times.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury travel products and industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a travel consultant in leisure travel.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and constructing airfares.
• Strong ambition to operate a personal business within a larger brand.
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for creating unforgettable trips.

Required skills

• GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) proficiency.
