About the role
Journee Brands is looking for an experienced Talent Business Partner to join its Port Melbourne office. In this full‑time position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and support broader global HR initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment process for internal and external vacancies, from role briefing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align talent strategy with business goals.
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience, including communication with unsuccessful applicants.
- Support hiring managers throughout screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
- Assist with global HR duties and initiatives as required.
- Serve as the primary contact for recruitment agencies on active roles.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes to increase speed, quality and candidate experience.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment.
- Proven ability to run efficient hiring processes from briefing through onboarding.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and proactive talent pipeline development.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build sustainable working relationships with managers and leaders at all levels.
