Suite & Villa Host (Concierge)

About the role

The Suite & Villa Host joins the busy Concierge team at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, providing personalised service to VIP guests staying in our exclusive villas and suites. This on‑site position requires a high level of hospitality expertise and a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to all guest requirements for VIPs staying in villas and suites, including luggage handling and special requests.
• Maintain immaculate presentation and grooming standards at all times.
• Work a flexible roster that includes weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar host or concierge role.
• Ability to provide a very high standard of customer service.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
• Current Australian or International manual driver’s licence.
