Studio Producer – Event Productions

About the role

Amazon's Event Productions team is seeking a Studio Producer to lead end‑to‑end studio and field production projects in Sydney. You will translate customer visions into compelling brand stories, manage day‑to‑day workflow, and collaborate on video‑creative services.

Key responsibilities

• Own project management from pre‑production through delivery, defining stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to develop and execute video production services.
• Serve as primary point of contact for daily customer communication, setting expectations and guiding the production roadmap.
• Lead pre‑production planning meetings and day‑of shoot operations, calling audio, video, and lighting cues and managing studio talent.
• Improve processes and cross‑team workflows to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years in studio or production management.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain complex calendars.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
