Senior Talent Partner – APAC (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner to lead strategic commercial hiring across the APAC region. This fully remote position will support a high‑growth international organisation expanding its sales, partnerships, customer success, marketing and other revenue‑generating teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior commercial and go‑to‑market positions across APAC.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies in targeted regional talent markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term pipelines for leadership and specialist commercial talent.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to advise on talent availability, market trends and hiring strategy.
• Conduct candidate outreach, qualification and assessment conversations.
• Deliver market mapping, competitor research and compensation benchmarking as needed.
• Drive direct sourcing and engagement campaigns through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Maintain accurate reporting, pipeline visibility and recruitment tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes and tooling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Proven success hiring commercial or go‑to‑market talent across APAC.
• Strong understanding of regional talent markets and hiring dynamics.
• Advanced sourcing and headhunting capability across multiple channels.
• Comfortable working independently in international, high‑growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with technology, SaaS or scaling businesses is a plus.
