Senior Recruiter – Graduate Programs (Early Careers Lead)

About the role

Wipro is looking for a Senior Recruiter to design, build and deliver its Graduate Program across Australia. You will own the end‑to‑end early‑careers strategy, shaping a scalable programme that aligns with Wipro’s consulting‑led, global delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the graduate programme operating model, including intake planning, timelines, governance and delivery cadence.
• Define selection frameworks, assessments, onboarding journeys and early‑career engagement models.
• Develop and execute a targeted university engagement strategy across ANZ, building long‑term relationships with universities, career services and student communities.
• Represent Wipro at campus events to strengthen the early‑careers brand.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle – attraction, selection, offer and onboarding – delivering a high‑touch candidate experience.
• Partner with business, delivery leaders, HR and L&D to align programme outcomes with workforce needs and ensure readiness for client deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading graduate/early‑careers programmes in the IT/technology sector.
• Strong programme‑management capability, including planning, governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in global or onsite/offshore delivery environments (highly desirable).
• Demonstrated success building university partnerships and campus strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail and disciplined execution.
