About the role

The Senior Teacher Primary Years will join the Leadership Team at Katherine South Primary School to strengthen staff capacity, drive continuous school improvement, and oversee curriculum and assessment delivery. This role focuses on achieving high‑quality educational outcomes for all students.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to build professional capacity across the school.
• Identify, plan, and implement ongoing school improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of curriculum and assessment programs.
• Monitor and evaluate educational outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Senior Teacher 1 classification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in primary education leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school leadership team.
