Senior Manager, Enterprise Records Management and Privacy

About the role

Westpac is seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise Records Management and Privacy (ERMP) on a 12‑month secondment in Sydney. The role offers full‑time work with flexibility and focuses on delivering strategic ERMP initiatives that protect customer trust and strengthen the bank’s risk and control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic ERMP initiatives across the enterprise.
• Coordinate activities, manage inter‑dependencies and keep delivery on track.
• Collaborate with ERMP colleagues, business partners and delivery teams to improve control effectiveness and enterprise risk management.
• Build trusted relationships with a broad and complex stakeholder group.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects, change or initiatives in risk, compliance, privacy, records management or similar regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Confidence working with complex information and large data sets to support insights and decisions.
• Sound risk‑based judgement and experience managing delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Familiarity with Westpac systems such as Alfabet and Holocentric is preferred.
