Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Princess Cruises is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise its digital marketing programmes. You will own paid media, affiliate and website performance initiatives, working closely with agencies and internal teams to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth. The role sits within the Princess Cruises marketing team and reports to the Digital Marketing Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day digital marketing activity across paid media, affiliates and the website.
• Partner with media agencies to manage and optimise campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with the web team to enhance content, customer journeys and conversion rates.
• Leverage Adobe Customer Data Platform for targeting, segmentation and personalisation.
• Analyse performance data with marketing and data teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure accurate tagging, tracking and reporting across all digital channels.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI, reduce CPA and grow revenue.
• Manage digital investment planning, forecasting and performance accountability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance‑driven digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work with agencies and cross‑functional internal teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with execution.
