Senior Designer

About the role

Frank Green is looking for a Senior Designer to lead creative execution across packaging, global campaigns and digital ecosystems. You will translate concepts into final deliverables, balancing strategic thinking with technical precision while supporting the brand’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Creative to evolve and protect the Frank Green design system across all outputs.
• Lead design execution for packaging, campaigns, digital, print and retail environments.
• Develop concepts through to final artwork, ensuring visual impact and consistency.
• Create short‑form motion and video content for digital channels.
• Oversee high‑end retouching, image manipulation and visual content production.
• Design clear presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand identity, sustainability principles and commercial goals.

Required profile

• Strong creative instincts with excellent technical ability and attention to detail.
• Experience building and applying brand systems in premium or agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stream creative projects.
• Passion for sustainable design and commercial effectiveness.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
