Senior Analyst, Business Development (Cybersecurity)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive growth of its Security and Identity Solutions across the ANZ market. You will partner with customers and internal teams to expand revenue streams in fraud prevention, dispute optimization, digital identity and broader cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end sales process and own market revenue for security‑related products and services.
• Grow and convert the sales pipeline, targeting both financial‑institution and non‑financial customers, as well as new logo acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify customer pain points and recommend consulting or product integration solutions.
• Sell advisory, data‑insight and program‑management services alongside core security technologies.
• Partner with B2B marketing to execute demand‑generation initiatives for managed and unmanaged accounts.
• Act as the domain expert on fraud, risk, dispute/chargeback, digital identity and cybersecurity during customer engagements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or business development within security, identity or related technology solutions.
• Experience working with both financial‑institution and enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to translate customer challenges into actionable consulting or product offerings.
