Retail Assistant – Hampton Park

About the role

Join ALDI’s store team in Hampton Park as a Retail Assistant. No prior retail experience is required – we are looking for enthusiastic people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will work in a fast‑paced supermarket environment, serving customers and keeping the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout registers.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed correctly and are within their sell‑by dates.
• Handle inventory, price items accurately and manage special‑buy displays.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team‑player who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly.
