About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our personal development team as an independent contractor. You will work remotely, set your own schedule, and help attract talent for our global e‑learning and live immersive events.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and refine digital HR systems and operational workflows.
• Engage prospects through phone, email, and online channels to promote our programs.
• Support business growth and outreach initiatives.
• Participate in weekly planning and leadership Zoom sessions.
• Drive measurable outcomes through accountability and high performance.
• Take on leadership opportunities as the business expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, operations, leadership, business or education.
• Proven ability to build efficient systems and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and achieve outcomes.
• Genuine passion for personal growth, leadership and continuous learning.
