About the role

Sunstate Property Advisory is seeking a motivated Remote B2B Appointment Setter to join its sales team. Working from home, you will play a key part in generating qualified leads and securing meetings with decision‑makers across the property investment sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential corporate clients using research and outreach techniques.
  • Schedule appointments with senior decision‑makers and ensure accurate calendar management.
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead‑generation campaigns and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails and other approved channels on a daily basis.

Required profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in professional conversations.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and appointment scheduling.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team‑oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development is advantageous.
  • Interest or knowledge of real estate, finance or property advisory is a plus.

Required skills

  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and related sales software.
