About the role

Red Earth Migration is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join its Perth office. The role involves providing accurate migration advice, managing visa applications, and supporting clients throughout their migration journey while ensuring compliance with Australian migration laws.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate migration advice and consultation to clients.
• Assess client eligibility for various Australian visa categories.
• Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications and related documentation.
• Communicate with clients, government departments, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative and policy changes affecting migration matters.
• Maintain accurate client records and case files.
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with business development and client relationship management activities when required.

Required profile

• Registered Migration Agent (RMA) status with the relevant Australian registration authority.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in migration consulting or visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of Australian migration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with skilled, family, employer‑sponsored, student, and visitor visa applications is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Full working rights in Australia.
