Registered Architect – Hospitality Projects

About the role

Cayas + Ward is seeking a Registered Architect to lead exciting hospitality projects from concept through handover. You will work in a high‑energy, design‑driven studio with locations in Brisbane and Melbourne, enjoying a flexible hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept to completion.
• Produce and review high‑quality architectural documentation, adhering to office QA standards.
• Lead consultant meetings, manage client expectations, and navigate approval processes.
• Visit sites to inspect work, solve issues in real time, and ensure construction quality.
• Mentor Architectural Graduates and foster a collaborative studio culture.

Required profile

• Registered Architect with at least 1 year post‑registration experience and significant postgraduate experience.
• Strong interest in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or commercial design.
• Leadership mindset with initiative and a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for design and documentation.
