About the role
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for NSW & ACT will lead Tesla’s retail and delivery operations across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the RSM drives sales performance, brand awareness, and customer experience while building high‑performing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop, coach, and motivate store leaders and in‑store teams across NSW and ACT.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and hold teams accountable for sales and delivery results.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; manage succession planning and employee retention.
- Maintain safety, security, and compliance with local sales and registration processes.
- Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase delivery yield and operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to optimise sales and delivery processes and enhance the customer journey.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Align operational teams with HQ directives, system training, and best‑practice customer communication.
Required profile
- Proven people‑leadership experience in a senior sales environment.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and self‑motivation.
- Agility to prioritise and shift focus as market needs evolve.
- Excellent communication skills to translate strategic themes into actionable plans.
- Accountability for operational success, brand growth, and profitability.
