Recruitment Manager / Staffing Specialist / HR Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a people‑oriented Recruitment Manager / Staffing Specialist / HR Consultant to join our team. In this role you will drive talent acquisition, manage the full recruitment lifecycle and provide strategic HR advice to help build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple functions and industries.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews and reference checks.
• Provide HR consulting on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, educational institutions and industry partners.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing and HR principles.
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance is a plus.
• Professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
