Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

We are expanding our National Quality team and are looking for an experienced Medicolegal Quality Assurance Reviewer on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role you will assess specialist medical reports to ensure they are accurate, compliant and delivered on schedule, supporting informed health and work outcome decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical reports for accuracy, clarity and compliance with legislative and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and medical specialists to achieve high‑quality outcomes.
• Identify and resolve report issues with consultants and referrers.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and meet quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to learn Practice Manager operating systems.
• Strong ability to read, interpret and make critical judgement calls.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills to handle high report volumes.
• High emotional intelligence, motivated by improvement and testing new ideas.
• Genuine passion for exemplary customer service and a positive, growth‑mindset attitude.
