Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $30M commercial construction project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of the build, ensuring timely completion within the client’s budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance on site
• Develop and maintain project programming and schedules
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cost control, and forecasting
• Coordinate client communications and expectations

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on small‑to‑medium fit‑out or new‑build projects
• Tertiary or trade qualification in a building‑related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Procore (experience desirable)
