Production Operator / Palletiser – Night & Weekend Shift

About the role

Join Bega’s production team on the Far South Coast of NSW, where you will help manufacture high‑quality dairy products for the Australian market. The position is a night and weekend shift, working in a safety‑focused, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and palletising equipment safely in line with procedures.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets and schedules.
• Carry out quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications.
• Monitor machines and processes, promptly reporting any issues.
• Support a positive team culture through communication and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends on a 24/6 rotating roster.
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Clear communicator, reliable, flexible and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in manufacturing, trade or production environments.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Knowledge of GMP principles.
