About the role

Tailored Fresh is seeking a part‑time Transport Administrator to join our Griffith team. Working on‑site from Monday to Wednesday, you will support the smooth flow of our fresh‑food deliveries by handling administrative tasks and coordinating with drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Scan and record delivery documentation accurately.
• Liaise with drivers to confirm schedules and resolve issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date delivery records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with drivers and team members.
• Problem‑solving and time‑management capabilities.
• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is an advantage.
