About the role
We are seeking a motivated, service‑driven Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Linfox. This part‑time position runs Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm, and involves delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the switchboard, answer calls professionally, redirect queries and take clear messages.
- Greet and assist visitors, conduct building inductions and ensure a smooth arrival process.
- Provide administrative support across the organisation, including mail distribution and ad‑hoc tasks.
- Coordinate the mailroom, handling incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries while keeping the area tidy.
- Monitor meeting‑room and EV‑charger bookings, resolve conflicts and arrange alternatives.
- Support business events and catering logistics as required.
Required profile
- Confident communicator with a professional attitude and a passion for outstanding service.
- Previous experience as a corporate receptionist in a medium‑sized organisation.
- Warm telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
