Packaging Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Assistant to join our operations team in Victoria. In this full‑time position you will play a vital part in preparing ashes and memorial items for families and veterinary clinics, ensuring every package is handled with the utmost care and respect.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pets’ ashes for return, maintaining accuracy and dignity.
• Pack urns, keepsakes and other memorial products to a high standard.
• Label and verify identification throughout the packaging process.
• Assist with quality control and final checks before dispatch.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and respectful.
• Support the wider operations team as needed, including stock organisation and supply management.
