About the role
Levi’s® Australia is seeking an Office Executive to manage front‑of‑house and back‑office operations, providing high‑level support to the General Manager and ensuring a professional environment for visitors, employees and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling reception, meeting rooms and shared spaces with a service‑oriented approach.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and logistics across the ANZ network, ensuring timely distribution.
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, including travel arrangements, diary management, expense processing and stakeholder communications.
- Organise internal meetings, leadership events and conferences, managing logistics and follow‑up.
- Manage office vendors, purchase orders, invoice processing and day‑to‑day communications with suppliers.
- Partner with HR on onboarding, employee milestones, recognition, departures and internal communications.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, facilities, building management and service providers, maintaining security and emergency procedures.
Required profile
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across office operations, executive support and employee experience.
- Demonstrates strong judgement, discretion and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
