About the role

This part‑time position combines front‑of‑house reception, office coordination and facilities support for a leading ASX‑listed fashion and workwear company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and help keep the Melbourne office running smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance, trades and general office repairs.
  • Manage ordering of stationery, office and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain office amenities, kitchen operations and building inspections.
  • Assist with company vehicle administration and access‑key records.
  • Welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage meeting bookings.
  • Handle mail, deliveries and courier coordination.
  • Maintain a professional reception area.
  • Maintain safety records, coordinate inspections, fire drills and keep signage up to date.

Required profile

  • Organised, reliable and proud of creating an efficient workplace.
  • Experience in office coordination, reception or facilities support.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Confidence in coordinating suppliers or trades.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • OH&S experience desirable but not essential.
