Multiskilled Operators – 12-month contract

About the role

AESTEC Services is seeking experienced multiskilled operators for a large‑scale bulk earthworks project at the RDA QAL Wall Raise site in Gladstone. The role involves operating a range of heavy‑equipment machines on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of yearly extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently on the Wall Raise project.
• Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with site set‑up and breakdown as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating relevant heavy‑equipment machinery.
• Current tickets/licences for the equipment you will operate.
• Valid 3 Site Medipass (or ability to obtain one).
• Willingness to work onsite in Gladstone or relocate at personal expense.
• No FIFO or DIDO arrangements; full‑time onsite presence required.
