Medical Officer – Clinical Support & Telehealth

Play a vital role in safeguarding patient outcomes worldwide as part of our global medical team. This permanent opportunity empowers an experienced Medical Officer to deliver high‑quality clinical support in time‑critical and complex environments, from medical evacuations to assisting patients abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone medical consultations, assess patient needs and determine appropriate care pathways.
• Lead clinical decision‑making during retrievals, evacuations and patient transfers.
• Review medical reports to evaluate treatment appropriateness, identify pre‑existing conditions and complete accurate documentation.
• Support a diverse client base in remote and regional settings, adapting care delivery to varied environments.
• Liaise with commercial airline medical departments to facilitate safe passenger clearance for travel.

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia and ability to commute to the Sydney office.
• Unconditional AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
• Proven experience in emergency and/or primary healthcare settings.
• Competent computer skills.
• Ability to work on a 7‑day rotating roster (if full‑time).
• Excellent written and oral English language proficiency.
