Marketing Specialist – Digital, Social & Solutions (Cybersecurity)

About the role

Thales is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to drive high‑quality digital, social and solution‑focused marketing initiatives within its fast‑moving cybersecurity business. The role splits evenly between digital/social execution and translating technical cybersecurity topics into clear, customer‑oriented campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and optimise content on the global website using Drupal, including landing pages, solution pages, event pages, blogs and partner content.
• Own the end‑to‑end social media calendar: plan, draft, schedule, publish and optimise posts across channels.
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling customer value propositions and create campaign‑ready assets for all solution pillars.
• Collaborate with solution SMEs, sales and marketing teams to ensure content is accurate, on‑brand and performance‑driven.
• Build and deploy email and marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and report on measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Execution‑focused marketer comfortable in a rapid‑pace cybersecurity environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with technical experts, sales and broader marketing stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on brand consistency and visual quality.
