Marketing Manager – Marketing Services (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Marketing Services team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role bridges strategy and execution, supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives for credit‑card products and related propositions. You will work closely with product squads, creative agencies, senior marketing managers and other cross‑functional partners to enhance customer engagement, acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and delivery of marketing strategies across credit‑card portfolios.
• Collaborate with product squads, creative agencies, senior marketing managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Drive outcomes related to customer engagement, acquisition and retention.
• Take a hands‑on role in campaign delivery and marketing reporting.
• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering the credit‑card portfolio marketing strategy, with emphasis on segmentation, engagement and retention.
