Maintenance Fitter Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Fitter Supervisor to lead the maintenance function at our new plant opening in 2026. The role combines hands‑on fitting work with planning, coordination and supervision of the maintenance team to ensure equipment, packaging lines and infrastructure operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive and corrective maintenance on powder and liquid production equipment, packaging lines and site infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
• Assist with set‑up, change‑over and commissioning of packaging line machinery.
• Supervise, support and mentor maintenance fitters, allocating daily and weekly tasks based on priority and skill.
• Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records and parts usage in the CMMS.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory, identify critical spares and raise purchase requisitions.
• Prepare maintenance reports on equipment performance, downtime and KPIs, and assist with budget inputs and cost tracking.
