Lead Consultant

About the role

The Lead Consultant will join a reputable Atlassian Platinum partner, working directly with clients on complex projects. This client‑facing position is 50% billable and offers a clear pathway to a Practice Lead role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales support, including drafting proposals, statements of work and tender responses.
• Lead a team of eight consultants and collaborate with an Account Manager.
• Deliver and oversee JIRA Cloud migrations and JIRA Service Management implementations.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of consulting experience with a proven team‑lead background.
• Previous role as a Principal Consultant at an Atlassian partner.
• Experience in software delivery or IT operations environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
