IT Support Administrator – Part‑time (0.5 FTE)

About the role

FrankieOne is looking for a motivated IT Support Administrator to join a fully cloud‑based SaaS environment. This part‑time (0.5 FTE) position will split across five days with at least two days on‑site, supporting identity, endpoint, automation and security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving daily IT support tickets, including access issues and application troubleshooting.
• Administering the primary identity provider, configuring SAML/SSO integrations, and managing Zero‑Trust and RBAC policies across SaaS and cloud accounts.
• Managing endpoint devices via MDM and Apple Business Manager, deploying EDR and compliance tools, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux and macOS systems.
• Building automated onboarding/off‑boarding workflows with People & Culture, handling user provisioning and hardware/software delivery.
• Overseeing enterprise SaaS services, evaluating new tools, and maintaining vendor relationships and software contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2 and GDPR through regular audits and security controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support within a cloud‑first, SaaS‑centric environment.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, Zero‑Trust principles and endpoint management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with security, DevSecOps and other departments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward automation and process improvement.
