Influence & Social Media Manager

About the role

The Influence & Social Media Manager will shape CAMILLA AND MARC’s presence across Instagram and TikTok by building authentic relationships with creators and delivering compelling social content. Reporting to the communications team, you will bridge influencer strategy and day‑to‑day social publishing to amplify the brand’s timeless aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and nurture a global network of influencers, tastemakers and cultural voices that reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
• Manage local influencer outreach, contracts and ongoing engagement to ensure sustained collaboration.
• Develop and execute organic visibility strategies for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish social content, ensuring a cohesive and natural brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends and optimise tactics to maximise impact.

Required profile

• Deep passion for social media with established relationships on Instagram and TikTok.
• Proven track record of managing influencer partnerships and spotting emerging talent.
• Strong cultural awareness, storytelling instincts and ability to create authentic brand moments.
• Communications degree or equivalent industry experience.
