Head of Operations – Multi‑site Healthcare

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership position overseeing day‑to‑day operations across a growing network of healthcare centres. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with clinicians and specialist teams to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and clinical teams.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Design and embed scalable systems and operating frameworks.
• Improve patient access, workflow consistency, and service quality.
• Develop and mentor operational leaders and their teams.
• Support technology adoption and operational improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑site healthcare operations or healthcare consulting.
• Strong track record of improving processes, building capability, and delivering results.
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer experience.
