About the role
As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a memorable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the Australian outback.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures and handle enquiries.
- Operate the front‑desk system, process reservations and coordinate with housekeeping.
- Provide information about the resort, tours and local attractions.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20 kg and using basic equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest‑facing role (preferred).
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to live on‑site in a remote location.
- Well‑presented, detail‑oriented and able to build strong relationships with guests.
Required skills
- Familiarity with RMS or a comparable reservation booking system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
