Guest Service Agent – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests, managing efficient check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders via in‑person, phone, and email.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using our property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the guest’s stay, offering assistance, resolving issues, and delivering personalized recommendations.
• Work a rotating roster covering shifts between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Required profile

• Demonstrated background in delivering high‑quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer‑facing environment.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Polished and professional presentation that reflects the brand’s standards.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with property management systems for reservations and guest requests.
