About the role

Join Elysia Wellness Retreat as a casual Guest Service Agent, delivering warm and professional service to every guest. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑ins, helpful assistance throughout stays, and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly reception and efficient check‑in/check‑out process.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders via in‑person, phone, and email.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving issues promptly and offering personalized recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting brand values.

Required skills

• Property management system usage for reservations and guest data.
