About the role

The position is a full‑time permanent role based in Amiens, France, with the possibility to work remotely two days a week. You will be part of Groupama Paris Val de Loire, a major mutual insurance group, and will play a key part in ensuring client satisfaction through effective account and collection management.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper receipt of premium payments and monitor payment incidents.
• Initiate and manage contentious collection procedures.
• Update member (policyholder) accounts accurately.
• Advise and assist clients, the commercial network, and internal management services, keeping them informed about case progress.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 education, preferably with a first experience in insurance or accounting.
• Strong relational skills, adaptability, rigor, and a team‑oriented mindset.
