Financing Analyst/Associate – Investment Banking

About the role

Deutsche Bank is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its Financing division in Australia. The role supports the Asset‑Backed Securitisation (ABS) franchise, delivering innovative financing structures across mortgages, auto, equipment and other alternative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence on receivable portfolios and prepare credit documentation.
• Assist in the marketing and distribution of public‑market securitisations.
• Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders throughout execution.
• Manage financing facilities and monitor covenant compliance.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities and client‑engagement skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a collaborative, inclusive approach.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Recent experience in securitisation or structured finance is preferred.

Required skills

• Cash‑flow modelling proficiency.
