Fashion Designer

About the role

MESHKI is seeking a talented Fashion Designer to drive the creative vision of the brand. You will be responsible for turning concepts into market‑ready collections that reflect MESHKI’s premium aesthetic and commitment to inclusivity and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design collections from initial concept through final product, balancing fashion‑forward and commercial appeal across all price points.
• Create mood boards, colour palettes, sketches, and silhouettes that deliver cohesive seasonal stories.
• Conduct ongoing trend, market, and competitor research and translate insights into design direction.
• Develop detailed tech packs and collaborate closely with Garment Tech to ensure accurate, on‑time, on‑budget production.
• Lead fittings, make adjustments, and ensure optimal fit, finish, and construction for each style.
• Select fabrics and materials with a focus on quality, cost, suitability, and sustainability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion design with a strong portfolio that includes CAD examples.
• Ability to design for diverse body shapes and maintain MESHKI’s inclusive aesthetic.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• CAD (computer‑aided design) proficiency.
