Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Customer Acquisition

About the role

Lovisa is seeking a commercially‑focused Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise paid media across its global markets. The role is hands‑on, requiring deep involvement in platforms, data analysis and rapid execution to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, affiliates, display and retargeting channels.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation and creative testing to maximise ROAS and minimise CAC.
• Collaborate daily with Ecommerce, CRM, Social and Content teams to ensure integrated, customer‑led marketing.
• Work with CDP and marketing‑automation teams to refine targeting and improve campaign performance.
• Maintain a test‑and‑learn culture, reviewing performance data each day and translating insights into actionable changes.
• Oversee external agencies and partners, holding them accountable for results.
• Identify new channel opportunities, scale successful tactics and provide clear reporting, forecasting and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a retail or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition.
• Detail‑oriented, comfortable making real‑time adjustments to campaigns.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day optimisation.
