Customer Service Representative – Part‑time (Mount Druitt)

About the role

Join the Retail Banking Services team at CommBank’s Westfield Mount Druitt branch as a part‑time Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with everyday banking transactions and guiding them toward the right financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cheques, transfers and CommFX transactions.
• Conduct financial health checks to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Assist with cash and ATM procedures and ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions.
• Educate customers on in‑branch technology and digital banking options.
• Follow bank policies, risk‑management guidelines and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to ask the right questions.
