About the role
This full‑time remote position combines customer insights analysis, market intelligence, and strategic consulting. The analyst will turn data into actionable recommendations that guide business decisions and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative market and customer data.
- Develop clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects by providing market intelligence and trend analysis.
- Present findings in compelling reports and visualisations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure insights align with business goals.
Required profile
- Strong background in market research and customer insights.
- Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to make data‑driven recommendations.
- Experience using data‑visualisation tools and platforms.
- Track record of managing projects independently with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a diverse, cross‑functional environment is a plus.
