Courier – Package Collection & Delivery

About the role

Join FedEx as a Courier responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages. You will verify order contents, scan packages, and provide exceptional customer service while following designated routes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages on assigned routes, adhering to strict schedules.
• Verify and scan package contents at pick‑up and delivery to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain package security and ensure items are securely packed.
• Provide outstanding customer service during interactions.
• Report any delivery issues, damaged goods, or address errors promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
• Valid Australian C Class (Car) License or Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License (AU License Classifications: AUK012 or AUK013).
