Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

Chobani Australia is seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Corporate Communications Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will partner closely with the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager to shape the brand’s internal and external narrative, building trust with employees, stakeholders and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage content across LinkedIn, the corporate website/newsroom, and internal communications platforms.
• Develop internal communications that keep staff informed, connected and celebrated.
• Lead clear, practical change communications to support business transformation, collaborating with project leads and senior leaders.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Commercial, Marketing and People teams to gather inputs, secure approvals and drive decisions.
• Track performance across channels, continuously improving planning, publishing and measurement.
• Support external communications, PR, stakeholder engagement and reputation‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, internal communications, corporate affairs or a related field.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability for both internal and external audiences.
• Strong understanding of how communications build corporate reputation and stakeholder trust.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all business levels.
• High governance discipline with meticulous attention to accuracy and approvals.
• Proactive, collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with a love for pace and ownership.
